I have taken body wraps before in the larger cities where they are available. I am located in a one horse town. I would like to know if anyone had any success with a home made body wrap? Can you give me some directions on how to do one? Thank you!

Body wraps are tricky to do yourself- get someone to help you wrap yourself up in the bandages soaked in product.
Used coffee grounds are good to use as a scrub to help cellutile. Anything w/ algae is great to use because it is a detox. If you are wanting a refreshing wrap, use peppermint oil mixed w/ olive oil or jojoba oil. These will smooth skin & soften it up.
If you are wanting to lose water weight this is the way to go, but remember as soon as you rehydrate yourself, the weight will be right back. It is just a temporary loss of inches.
Once you have yourself all wrapped up, wrap yourself in a plastic sheet of some sort to help you sweat out toxins & impurities.

I do not, but I’m waiting for the ebook that the owner of my favorite website will publish – soon, I hope. The address is
http://www.romancing-the-soap.com
I did not subscribe to the ezine (newsletter) simply because the website is owned by a medical practitioner. If anything, that would make me even more “careful” (I’m a nurse and naturally difficult to sway). I subscribed because I finally found someone who does give a hoot about consumers, someone who cares about all the downright lies we’re told by those who try to sell us inferior products, etc. When I read http://www.romancing-the-soap.com the other day I found out that the ebook will also contain recipes for body wraps. Based on the quality of the entire site, I think I will finally buy an ebook with confidence (I’ve yet to buy ebooks, but I believe this one will be one of a kind!)
